In an AU in which this LC would come into existence, Pheakdei and Raquel would have probably met via business aggreements and meetings or via Colombia (any). Pheakdei is pretty unromantic and unlikely to publicly display affection, so it is doubtful that'd he'd make the first move. Initially, their relationship would be on business terms, but they'd gradually get to know one another.
Though he comes off as polite and reserved upon first meeting, when one gets to know him well, they discover that he is immensely sarcastic and has a bit of a dry sense of humor. However, he's a bit anti-confrontational so he'd be likely to backout of relationship arguments rather than resolve them.
Surprisingly, the two have a fair amount in common, especially concerning La Chancla.
